Private Instruction
One-on-one instruction is one of the fastest ways to grow on your instrument. A private teacher can find music that’s just right for you, help you through those challenging obstacles that you struggle to solve, and accelerate your progress beyond what you imagine.
While private lessons are not a direct part of EYSO’s programs, you can deepen your study right at Elgin Community College. Music Lessons at Elgin Community College
The Department of Music at Elgin Community College offers 30- and 60-minute lessons at a very affordable rate to students of all ages. Lessons are $51.50 per hour, or $25.75 per half-hour, and students age 16 and older can earn college credit for their studies.
